How it works

Cookies by Colette brings everything — pre-baked cookies, pre-filled icing bags, and a guided demo — directly to your event or school. Kids follow along to create one simple design together, step by step. No experience needed, no complicated cleanup, and no choosing between twelve colors.

Each session is designed to fit comfortably within a birthday or holiday party, or lunch or period.

  • Booking 14 kids? At $308 vs. $270 for 15, it's worth recruiting one more — adding a single kid saves $38 and unlocks the standard rate for everyone.

  • Same-day double session: Book a morning and afternoon session on the same day (e.g., two different grade levels), and the second session is $14/kid. Travel and setup are already covered.

  • Optional take-home box add-on $1 per kid – Each kid gets a small individual box to carry their decorated cookie home safely — and show it off. A sweet detail that parents love and PTAs can use as a keepsake moment.

Booking Details

Deposit

50% deposit required to hold your date. Remaining balance due at the event.

Headcount

Final headcount due 5 days before the event. You're charged for your confirmed count — not your original estimate.

Cancellations

Deposit is non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event. Full fee applies for cancellations within 72 hours (cookies have already been baked).

What You Provide

Tables, chairs, and a point of contact day-of. Everything else — cookies, icing, supplies — is handled by Cookies by Colette.
